In this episode, Kate tell us a major soulful story about how her 29 year old high school teacher and the teacher's boyfriend adopted Kate when she was 17, due to a very unstable and traumatic home environment.

Kate and Colleen also discuss the various Salon environments and how Kate has survived major moments in her beauty career, like relocating and building a brand new clientele after 10 years, and opening up her first salon just months before COVID-19 quarantine began.
