Appointment Cancellation Policy

When you book your reservation, we require your credit card information to reserve your appointment. We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations may be made online or by calling the salon.

Late cancellations will result in a charge to the credit card on file that is equal to the reserved service amount. While this fee cannot be refunded, you may use this fee as a deposit for a visit within one week of the missed appointment. No Shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

CLASS cancellation POLICY

When you purchase your class ticket, we require your credit card information to reserve your spot. If pHd Salon has to cancel the event you will be notified of a reschedule date.

REFUND Policy

Service and product refunds are at management's discretion and issued accordingly. We do not offer refunds on gift certificate purchases.
